• Must provide a printed out Recipe (ingredients for allergy concerns) with your name and phone number
• Must have tamales individually wrapped in foil, plastic wrap, or corn husk
• Must provide disposable plates and utensils for judges to use
• Must have a count of at least one dozen tamales 
• Must bring finished tamales to judges table located at the Gazebo by 5 PM on Sunday, December 5th, 2021
